Ford County Planning, Zoning, and Environmental Health
1. All applicants should consult the Zoning Administrator prior
to submitting a formal application. The purpose of the consultation is to advise
the applicant of his rights, responsibilities, and the process.
2. Complete the attached application form. Complete all blanks. If you do not have a response, please mark it as “n/a”.
3. The application shall be signed by the property owner or by his authorized agent. If the application is signed by an agent, the property owner must submit written authorization naming the agent and that the owner is aware of the application.
4. Submit a certified list (obtained from a title company) of property owners and addresses within one thousand feet of the property (or if property is near city limits, 200 feet inside city limits).
5. The above listed material and a fee of $300.00 + 10.00/name on certified mailing list shall be submitted to the Zoning office. The following is the 2007/2008 schedules of meetings.
