The Ford County Health Department has been serving  Ford County and surrounding areas in this capacity since 1883.  
The Ford County Health Department offers services to clients of all socioeconomic populations.  An individuals health is a priceless, precious resource.

The Ford County Health Department has a well educated and trained staff that can assist in preserving your most precious resource.

General Information

Fees vary depending on the type of health care service provided. Immunization fees for those 18 years of age and younger and without insurance are based on income. Please bring proof of income with you when you come.

MEDICARE: We will bill Medicare for the influenza and pneumonia vaccines. At this time, we do not have the ability to bill for the Shingles vaccine.

EMPLOYERS: Our biometric screenings measure cholesterol and blood glucose levels, blood pressure, height, weight and body mass index (BMI). This program will be incorperated with the annual flu immunizations as part of your employee wellness program. Please call for more information.
