Ed Elam - County Administrator

In 2002 the Commission created the position of County Administrator that is currently held by Ed Elam. It is the Administrator's duty to assist the Commission in handling matters of business, projects, research and employee/employer issues, strategic planning, and implementation of county policies and procedures.
